We invested in the equipment to do 3D scans of your home to create virtual tours to upload to VRBO. Currently, only 1 percent of all VRBO listings on Hilton Head Island have virtual tours uploaded. We have a full-time maintenance staff to care for your home. We know your home mechanically, and even stock spare parts to effect repairs in minimal time. We also put all our homes on a preventative maintenance program that covers everything from air filter changes to bi-annual power washing.

Our company owns 2 warehouses on Hilton Head Island. Our warehouses and retail storefront serve as our corporate headquarters, parts department, and storage for our golf cart subsidiary company Sea Turtle Rentals. We stock loaner appliances, TVs, circuit breakers, and even furniture in case a repair needs to be done quickly and parts are not readily available.

Sea Turtle Vacation Rentals LLC has a separate subsidiary company Sea Turtle Rentals LLC which provides golf cart rentals for your guests if your property is located in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood. We advertise golf cart rentals with your online listing to get more bookings. We offer your guests a $300.00 off coupon toward a golf cart rental if they book your home.

Sea Turtle Property Management
We help both investors that want to switch from their current management company and investors acquiring new properties. Often investors under contract to purchase a short-term rental sign up for our management services so they can go live with us on their closing date. If you decide to use us for property management, you can sign a management agreement now that becomes effective on the date of your closing. We work with the previous management company to facilitate a smooth transition for both you and currently booked guests.
