3D Matterport Tours
We invested in the equipment to do 3D scans of your home to create virtual tours to upload to VRBO. Currently, only 1 percent of all VRBO listings on Hilton Head Island have virtual tours uploaded. We already created a few virtual tours. If you hire us to manage your home, we can upload the virtual tour to VRBO within hours. Click to watch the virtual tour example.
Better Maintenance
We have a full-time maintenance staff to care for your home. We know your home mechanically, and even stock spare parts to effect repairs in minimal time. We also put all our homes on a preventative maintenance program that covers everything from air filter changes to bi-annual power washing.
Better Marketing
Marketing is the key to great revenue. We advertise your property on our website, Airbnb, VRBO, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and a host of other websites, including European platforms.
Hot Tub Upgrade
We offer our clients to install hot tubs. This inexpensive upgrade can increase your yearly revenue by 20-30%. Homes with hot tubs have higher occupancy rates in winter and shoulder seasons.
Better Video
Our internal video production team produces exceptional property videos that highlight your vacation rental, leading to increased revenue potential.
Better Cleaning
Nothing generates worse reviews than dirty homes. We don’t use large commercial cleaning companies like other management companies. We partnered with a cleaning company that only cleans the homes WE manage. This means the same cleaners clean your home over and over, resulting in quality cleaning and good reviews.
Warehousing
Our company owns 2 warehouses on Hilton Head Island. Our warehouses and retail storefront serve as our corporate headquarters, parts department, and storage for our golf cart subsidiary company Sea Turtle Rentals. We stock loaner appliances, TVs, circuit breakers, and even furniture in case a repair needs to be done quickly and parts are not readily available.
Golf Cart Rentals
Sea Turtle Vacation Rentals LLC has a separate subsidiary company Sea Turtle Rentals LLC which provides golf cart rentals for your guests if your property is located in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood. We advertise golf cart rentals with your online listing to get more bookings. We offer your guests a $300.00 off coupon toward a golf cart rental if they book your home.

Sea Turtle Property Management
We help both investors that want to switch from their current management company and investors acquiring new properties. Often investors under contract to purchase a short-term rental sign up for our management services so they can go live with us on their closing date. If you decide to use us for property management, you can sign a management agreement now that becomes effective on the date of your closing. We work with the previous management company to facilitate a smooth transition for both you and currently booked guests. We have a 30-day cancellation policy where you can cancel at any time and for any reason. We have never had a client leave our company.
