How It Works:

  • Local Business Promotion: The Company actively promotes participating partners through various digital marketing channels, increasing visibility and potential customer traffic.
  • Validity: The Sea Turtle Pass is valid for the duration of the guest’s stay and expires on the last day of the month following their check-out date.

Sea Turtle Pass Program Business Partner Agreement

The "Sea Turtle Pass" Discount Card Program offers local businesses in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area an opportunity to promote their products and services to guests of Sea Turtle Vacation Rentals (The Company). Sea Turtle Vacation Rentals will advertise the program and its Participating partners through various digital marketing channels. Guests will receive a discount card (Sea Turtle Pass) and can use it to receive discounts or free items/services from the Participating Partners during their stay. The Sea Turtle Pass is valid for the duration of the guests' stay and expires on the last day of the month following their check-out date. Participating partners should verify the card's expiration date before providing any discounts or free services/items.

As the undersigned business participates, the parties agree to these binding provisions and requirements:

1. The Participating Partner agrees to provide the Company's guests with the discount ("Discount") as specified above. The discount will be provided to the Company's guests who possess a current and valid Sea Turtle Pass card.

2. The agreement will begin on the date of signing and continue until either the Participating Partner or the Company cancels the agreement, or the Participating Partner is no longer in operation.

3. Either party may terminate this agreement with fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the other.

4. The Company will actively publicize the discount to its guests and provide a link to the Participating Partner's website and contacts.

5. Unless otherwise authorized herein, neither party will, under any circumstance, have the right to use or authorize the use of the other party's trademark, logo, or other intellectual property rights.

6. The Company assumes no responsibility for any arrangements, contracts, purchases, or disputes between the Company's guests and the Participating Partner.

7. The Participating Partner agrees to indemnify and hold the Company and its officers, directors, and employees harmless for any claims, damages, and losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or in connection with the Participating Partner's activities under this agreement.

8. Both parties agree that this agreement is not intended to create an agency relationship of any kind, and they agree not to contract any obligations in the name of the other or represent any form of relationship beyond this agreement.

9. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior writings or oral agreements.
