Repairs must be performed by licensed third-party vendors and may not be available on short notice, resulting in extended downtime.

Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can’t be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.

Use involves inherent risks; children must be supervised at all times, and use by intoxicated or medically sensitive individuals is not recommended. Availability is not guaranteed due to maintenance, safety, weather, or mechanical issues. As this amenity does not affect the rental rate, no refunds or compensation will be provided if it is unavailable.
