Golf Cart Note: This home includes a complimentary golf cart for guests to enjoy during their stay. A separate golf cart agreement must be signed before the golf cart may be used. All drivers must meet the requirements outlined in that agreement.
The golf cart is provided at no additional charge as a complimentary amenity. While we make every effort to keep it in working condition, availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, mechanical problems, damage, or other circumstances may make it unavailable for part or all of your stay. Because there is no separate charge for its use, no refunds, credits, rental reimbursements, or other compensation will be provided if the golf cart is unavailable or not operational.

Elevator Note: This property features a residential elevator for occasional adult use. It is not ADA-compliant and should not be relied upon by guests with mobility needs, so stairs will still be necessary to access the home. For safety, use by children or for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited.
Elevators are sensitive systems and may stop functioning due to weather events, power outages, overloading, user error, or safety mechanism triggers. Repairs must be performed by licensed third-party vendors and may not be available on short notice, resulting in extended downtime.
While our team makes every effort to keep the elevator in working order, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. The elevator is provided as a complimentary amenity and does not affect rental rates; therefore, no refunds, discounts, or other compensation will be provided if it becomes unavailable.

Pool Note: The private pool is not heated. Water temperature depends on weather and outdoor conditions and may be cool, particularly during the cooler months. Our team services the pool regularly and will assist if an issue arises. No refunds or discounts will be provided for cooler-than-expected water or temporary maintenance-related downtime. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.

Sleeping Capacity: The maximum occupancy of 22 assumes two guests sharing each king, queen, and full-size bed, plus one guest per twin bed. Please consider your group’s sleeping preferences when booking.
