Make your dreams come true with our spacious, centrally located Hilton Head Island gem. A beautiful covered front porch, large back deck with fire pit and screened gazebo provides great spaces to sit back, relax and entertain. A five burner grill and dining area on the large back deck makes a barbeque or family night amazing. A 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive brings you to several of the best beaches on the island. Large screen smart TVs are found in each bedroom and living room. Entire home updated in early 2022. On the lower level, you will find an expansive master suite with a King bed and daybed with two twins. In the lower second bedroom you'll find a daybed with two twin beds along with 4 beanbag chairs for gaming or relaxing in the living room for movie night. A spacious dining room flowing to the kitchen island and then to living room provides options for dinners and gathering. There is also a queen sofabed in the living room. Bathrooms are located on both levels. On the upper level, a large bedroom with a King bed as well as a daybed with two twin beds. Skylights brighten the room or close their blinds to relax. In the cozy upper second bedroom there is a queen bed. Hilton Head Island is only 12 miles long and several wide, so you can get to anywhere easily. You'll have a massive list of fun options: Golf, 60+ miles of biking trails, water sports, dining, dolphin and whale watching excursions...

The pool is open during the summer season only (from the end of May until the end of September). Open until dusk. The pool is not private. The pool is not heated.
