The coastal furnishings, granite countertops, and wood plank flooring add charm and sophistication to your vacation experience. The expansive white sand beach is truly breathtaking inviting miles of biking, walking, or running all the way to Coligny and beyond.

Located in Building One, you'll enjoy the closest proximity to the resort's semi-private beach via a boardwalk across the picturesque salt water marshes. There is even a seasonal shuttle just outside our building to the beach if you're not in the mood or unable to make the walk.  

Our top floor unit also means you won't have to worry about footsteps above. The resort features elevators in each building, an indoor heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, and two additional outdoor pools for your enjoyment. Conveniently located just steps away in this building's courtyard is an outdoor pool with bar and grill there as well!

Our unit was recently updated, so you can expect all the comforts and amenities of a stylish vacation home with a private, screened balcony. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the complex. We can't wait to welcome you to our Hilton Head Island retreat!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
