The space:
Escape to Hilton Head Island, home to twenty-four beautiful golf courses and miles of amazing beaches. Enjoy your stay in our newly constructed home (June 2019) located at Sandcastle by the Sea, a gated community. We are just a short three block walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance that is just a three minutes bike ride or 2 minutes car drive.
Ground Level: The home features a two car garage under the house with a beach wagons, beach chairs and kids beach toys. The back of the ground level under the home boasts a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool and outdoor shower with hot water. There is a large television by the pool with Roku and cable. The pool area includes an comfortable outdoor couches, sun loungers, a propane Weber grill, and more! Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! Pool is heated free of charged. (if the outdoor temperatures are bellow 50 degrees, the pool heater might not heat the pool).
First Floor: Features one master bedroom with a KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter-tops, tile back-splash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12-foot-wide sliding glass doors that opens to the first floor to a large screened porch with relaxing views overlooking a lagoon. The porch features two chairs and a love seat to relax.
Second Floor: Features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high-end foam mattress that you will melt in while watching TV on your large flat screen TV. There is also a pack-n-play with a 3" mattress in this room. The romantic master bedroom features its own large porch for enjoying morning coffee while overlooking the lagoon! The luxurious master bath is spa like, a large shower, a frame-less shower door, subway tile, granite counters and dual vanities. Also, on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo, this floor also has a full-size laundry room.
Top Floor: Features a large bedroom with two queen beds, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. And finally, a place the kids will never forget...a large "Out of Space" themed kids bunk-room/playroom featuring two sets of full over full bunk beds with single trundles (maximum weight should NOT exceed 150 pounds for the top bunk beds). There is an additional twin daybed with twin trundle. This room sleeps 12. There is a Foosball table, games, cards, a large flat screen TV and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat.
Are you bringing a baby? The house will have everything you need for a relaxing stay away. Including an umbrella stroller, portable crib (Pack n Play), highchair, other baby supplies and toys.
The Folly Field Beach access just down the street has parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, vending machines and a rubberized pathway to the beach making access easy for kids, elderly and those pulling beach carts or strollers (see picture in listing). The bike rental company is located directly behind our neighborhood in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Parking Lot.

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
